UAP Law has successfully arranged 5th Event of its Distinguished Law Lecture Series: JusticeDr. Syed Refaat Ahmed as Speaker

 

The department of Law and Human Rights, University of Asia Pacific has arranged its 5th lecture of the Distinguished Law Lecture Series on 14May 2016.

Dr. Syed Refaat Ahmed, Honorable Justice of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh had delivered the lecture this time. He has enlightened the audience on the issue of Writ of Certiorari in Bangladesh. Referring to the decisions of the Supreme Court he has shown that the scope the writ of certiorari has been broadened in a Judgment of the High Court Division of Bangladesh.

Honorable Vice Chancellor of UAP, Dr. Zamilur Reza Chowdhury chaired the session. Head of the Department of Law and Human Rights, Dr. A N M Atahar Ali was also present at the event. Audience comprised of law students, academics and lawyers.
